My 1:1 work offers trauma-informed, holistic care for the mind, body, and spirit, helping you reconnect with your body’s wisdom, soften old protective patterns, and feel more grounded, clear, and alive.
Through gentle somatic practices, nervous system education, and compassionate reflection, we explore how healing unfolds from the inside out — at the pace of your body, guided by the wisdom of your mind and the quiet knowing of your spirit.

Between sessions, you’ll have access to private voice chat support — a space for ongoing connection, reflection, and gentle guidance as you integrate these practices into your everyday life.
The 9-Month Journey
Healing takes time and presence. This work unfolds over nine months — long enough to notice patterns, integrate new awareness, and let real change take root.
We’ll meet once a month for a 90-minute session (in person or virtual), with between-session voice access to help you stay supported and connected.
This 9-month journey is offered on a sliding scale of $3,600–$4,500, paid monthly or in full. Payment plans are available, and spaces are limited to ensure depth and care.
