Regulation & Connection For Families, Children, & Teens
Supporting children, teens, and families in cultivating calm, connection, and confidence from the inside out.
As a parent, a former classroom teacher, and a trauma-informed educator, I understand that some children — and adults — simply experience the world more deeply. Their sensitivity isn’t something to change; it’s something to understand and support with care.
These sessions offer holistic, trauma-informed support for children, teens, and parents, helping families cultivate regulation, confidence, and connection through compassionate, body-based tools.
Rooted in mind-body-spirit integration and nervous system education, this work helps families understand what safety feels like in the body, how to navigate big emotions, and how to communicate with presence and empathy.
I have experience supporting children and adolescents who are highly sensitive, neurodivergent (including ADHD and autism), or navigating body image challenges and eating disorders. My approach is gentle, developmentally appropriate, and grounded in curiosity and care — creating space for every child to feel seen, accepted, and safe in their own body.
How We Can Work Together
Depending on your needs, our work may take different forms:
Parent Consultations (Virtual):
Private sessions for parents to explore regulation strategies, family dynamics, and mindful communication. Together, we identify practical tools to bring calm, connection, and presence into daily life.1:1 Sessions with Children or Teens (In-Home):
Gentle, play-based or conversational sessions offered in your home, helping your child or teen learn to recognize body signals, regulate emotions, and build resilience and self-trust.
Each session is customized to your family’s needs and guided by the same principles — compassion, safety, and presence.
My Approach
With a background as a certified educator, trauma-informed facilitator, and yoga and mindfulness teacher, I draw from nervous system science, somatic practices, and spiritual care to support whole-family well-being.
This approach helps children and parents alike:
Build emotional regulation and resilience
Strengthen communication and connection
Cultivate self-awareness and compassion
Feel more grounded and at home — in body, mind, and spirit
Whether I’m meeting with a parent, sitting on the floor with a child, or helping families find new rhythms together, my goal is the same: to nurture safety, trust, and connection — the foundations of healing and growth.
