This is a space where we slow down.
Not to force answers.
Not to fix you.
Not to push toward becoming someone new.
But to listen for what is already present and asking to be seen.

a grief you're carrying,
a part of yourself that feels stuck, afraid, overwhelmed, or unseen,

one-hour sessions
$125/session with a sliding scale available
meeting virtually or in person in Atlanta (when available)
you can come once, or stay for a season
we move at a pace that honors your life, meeting in a rhythm that fits your seasons (weekly, bi weekly, monthly or as needed)
