Groups & Community Spaces

A place to slow down, reconnect, and grow alongside other women in seasons of change, transition, and becoming.

These spaces are for women (especially moms) who want support that feels grounded, real, and human — not rushed, performative, or overly complicated.

Here, we make room for reflection, honest conversation, and the process of coming back to yourself over time.

Life has a way of pulling us away from ourselves.

Through motherhood, stress, change, responsibility, and daily demands, it’s easy to lose touch with what we feel, need, and want.

These groups are designed to support you in coming back to that connection.

Each space includes some combination of:

  • guided reflection

  • mindfulness and grounding practices

  • meaningful conversation

  • shared experience with other women

  • space to pause and listen inward

The focus is simple:
slowing down, noticing what’s present, and reconnecting with yourself.

The intention behind all groups

At the center of all group spaces is this:

You don’t have to do your becoming alone.

These spaces are here to support reconnection — to yourself, to your life, and to what is true for you right now.

Current Offering:
Sanctuary Circle

Sanctuary is a small group space for women who want consistent time to pause, reflect, and reconnect with themselves in community.

Each gathering offers space to slow down, settle your system, and come into honest conversation with your inner world — alongside other women doing the same.

Each gathering includes gentle grounding practices, a guided practice for turning inward, and space for sharing (as much as you’d like to share).

This is not about fixing or improving yourself.

It’s about creating space to be where you are, and gently reconnecting with who you are becoming.
