Yoga and meditation have been part of my own journey of healing, presence, and connection for decades.
These practices offer a way to slow down, listen inward, and become more aware of what is happening within us — physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
My approach is rooted in nervous system awareness, mindfulness, and compassion. This is not about striving, performing, or becoming a different version of yourself.
It is about creating space to breathe, notice, soften, and reconnect.
I am currently creating a weekly yoga and meditation offering in a beautiful, welcoming space. More details coming soon.
