1:1 Spiritual Companionship

A space to slow down, notice what’s stirring inside, and listen for where you’re being called.

What this space is like

This is a quiet, spacious place to slow down and listen to your life — your questions, longings, and what’s unfolding beneath the surface.

This work is less about answers and more about staying with the questions.
Less about fixing and more about noticing.
Less about changing yourself and more about meeting yourself — just as you are.

You come here to be met — with care, attention, and respect for your pace.

How I hold this work

My role isn’t to problem-solve or direct you. I offer a gentle, attentive presence — listening with you for what feels alive, honest, and true.

Many people discover that something supportive is present in the listening itself — whether they name that as faith, meaning, inner wisdom, or something harder to put words to.

You don’t have to make anything happen here. Life is already unfolding. Our work together is about learning how to listen — patiently, honestly, and with care.

What sessions feel like

Sessions are unhurried and spacious, with room for silence, reflection, and noticing.

I ask open questions and offer back what I notice — always as invitation, never demand. At times, I may gently guide a contemplative practice such as meditation, journaling, visualization, or prayer, creating space for self-inquiry and connection with what feels meaningful to you.

Most of all, you are held and witnessed in a way that honors your agency, your boundaries, and what feels right for you.

Who this is for

This space may be a good fit if you:

  • are longing for deeper connection — with yourself, with meaning, or with something greater

  • are in a season of change, loss, or re-orientation

  • are asking honest questions about purpose, direction, or what matters now

  • feel spiritually dry, restless, or unsure what you believe anymore

  • want a place to bring your inner life without needing to perform or have it figured out

This isn’t just for monks, pastors, or people with a certain kind of spiritual language. It’s for ordinary people who want a protected space to bring their real lives — doubts, hopes, fears, and longings — into a way of listening that is gentle and grounded.

How it works

1:1 Spiritual Companionship is offered in a one-month container, designed to be gentle, spacious, and accessible.

What’s included:

  • One-month container

  • Two one-on-one sessions (45 minutes each)

  • Sessions held via Zoom (or in person when available)

  • Sessions typically spaced about two weeks apart

Between sessions, you’re invited simply to live your life and notice — interior movements, questions, resistances, invitations, or places of quiet attention.

This isn’t a program. It’s a relationship. A way of walking together.

How to begin

I currently hold space for a small number of ongoing 1:1 Spiritual Companionship relationships. When you’re ready, you’re invited to begin with a one-month container.

After checkout, you’ll schedule your two sessions at times that work for you.

Our first session begins just as this work is meant to be held: with listening. There’s no preparation needed and no expectation to have anything figured out. This space is about presence, not performance.

At the end of the month, you’re free to continue, pause, or choose a different rhythm. Nothing is assumed. We listen together and discern what feels right.

Pricing

I offer this work on a sliding scale to honor different financial realities and support the sustainability of this practice.

One-month container (2 sessions):
Sliding scale: $200–300
Standard rate: $250

You’ll choose your rate during booking. If cost is a genuine barrier, you’re welcome to reach out — we can have a simple, honest conversation about what’s possible.
