Breathing Space is a once-a-month offering of short, one-on-one listening sessions.

It’s a simple place to pause, exhale, and be met — without preparation, commitment, or needing to know what you’re looking for. A place to slow down and notice what’s present, just as it is.

This offering is especially for people who feel curious, unsure, tired, or tender — and want a low-pressure way to experience what it feels like to be accompanied.

What this space is like

Breathing Space sessions are quiet and spacious. We begin by slowing down and listening for what feels most alive or important for you in that moment.

You don’t come to be fixed, advised, or directed. You come to be met — with care, attention, and respect for your pace.

I may ask gentle questions or reflect back what I notice, always as invitation, never demand. Silence is welcome. You’re free to speak, pause, or simply breathe.

Who this is for

Breathing Space may be a good fit if you:

  • are curious about this kind of listening but not ready for an ongoing commitment

  • feel overwhelmed, restless, or in transition

  • want a place to slow down without needing to explain or perform

  • are exploring questions of meaning, direction, or inner life

  • simply want a quiet place to be with yourself, with support

You don’t need to identify as spiritual or religious. You don’t need the right language. You’re welcome exactly as you are.

How it works

Breathing Space is offered on the last Friday of the month, with a limited number of available times.

Each session includes:

  • One 30-minute one-on-one listening session

  • Sessions held via Zoom

There’s no preparation needed. Between sessions, there’s nothing to do or follow up on — this offering stands on its own.

How Breathing Space is different from 1:1 Spiritual Companionship

Breathing Space is a single-session offering.
1:1 Spiritual Companionship is an ongoing relationship.

Some people begin with Breathing Space and later choose to continue. Others return to it occasionally, simply as a place to pause and be met. There’s no expectation either way.

How to begin

Breathing Space sessions are offered on the last Friday of each month, with a limited number of available times. When sessions are open, you’ll schedule directly through the link below. Breathing Space sessions are $45.
