Ways to Go Deeper

There are times in life when something within us asks for more attention.

More space to be heard.
More room to slow down.
More support as something is unfolding.

This work is about deepening your relationship with yourself and the Divine—learning to listen more closely to what is true, and to stay in relationship with it as your life moves.

This work is about deepening your relationship with yourself and the Divine—learning to listen more closely to what is true, and to stay in relationship with it as your life moves.

There are two ways to enter this work,
depending on the support you are needing in this season.

1:1 Spiritual Companionship

A deeply held 9-month space for listening, discernment, and spiritual companionship.

We meet monthly for 1:1 sessions, with ongoing communication between sessions for continued support as your life unfolds.

This is a place to bring what feels tender, unclear, or alive in your life and slow down enough to be with it. Together, we listen for what is being revealed—and what it might mean to live in alignment with it.

Over time, this space supports you in:

  • deepening trust in your inner knowing

  • noticing what is actually true beneath the noise

  • feeling more grounded in how you move through your life

  • staying connected to the Divine in the middle of it all

Sanctuary Circle

A seasonal group space for women learning to slow down, listen, and live from what is Sacred—together.

This is a shared rhythm of presence over time. We gather weekly for 9 weeks in a small group, allowing trust and depth to build slowly through consistency.

In this space, you are not only listening inward—you are also being witnessed in community. Your life becomes part of a shared field of attention, reflection, and care.

Over time, Sanctuary supports you in:

  • staying present with your own unfolding

  • living more from what feels true

  • deepening relationship with yourself and the Divine in daily life

  • being held in community as you do

Both of these spaces are about the same thing at their core:

Learning to live from a deeper relationship with yourself and the Divine—right in the middle of your real life.
