Books
Writing that traces the inner journey — from healing to becoming.
Over the years, writing has been one of the clearest ways I make sense of my life, my faith, my body, and the unfolding path of becoming.
My books were born from seasons of transition, grief, healing, and deep spiritual reorientation. If you’re moving through any kind of inner shift yourself, these pages may offer companionship along the way.
Below are the books I’ve written so far:
A Mother’s Love
A Memoir of Healing, Growth, and Coming Home to Myself
A Mother’s Love is the story that began it all. It’s part memoir, part journal — written during one of the most pivotal seasons of my healing journey.
It’s not polished or perfect. It’s real.
Rough around the edges, vulnerable, and deeply human.
In these pages, I explored the layers of trauma, family, motherhood, and nervous system healing that shaped me — and the process of seeing myself clearly for the first time. Writing it helped me release so much of my old perfectionism and the need to hold it all together.
Not everyone was ready for that truth. Some of the hardest reviews came from people closest to me — those who felt threatened by a story that asked them to see what they weren’t ready to see.
But healing can do that. It shakes what’s been silent. It asks for honesty.
This book isn’t about blame. It’s about truth-telling, compassion, and freedom — the messy kind of healing that happens when we stop hiding and start letting light in.
Coming Home to Your Body: A Self-Guided Workbook
A 12-Week Journey of Nervous System Healing & Somatic Awareness
This companion workbook is an extension of my in-person and group course, Coming Home to Your Body.
It’s a trauma-informed, holistic healing guide for those who want to reconnect with their body’s wisdom and develop tools for regulation, grounding, and self-compassion.
Each week includes short teachings on nervous system regulation, mind-body-spirit integration, and somatic awareness, along with guided movement, breath practices, and reflection prompts.
You can move through it at your own pace, whether as a standalone journey or alongside a group or 1:1 experience.
It’s gentle, honest, and designed to meet you where you are — helping you return to your body as a safe and sacred place to live.
Why I write
I write for those who are learning to listen again — to their bodies, their intuition, and their truth.
My books aren’t about perfection or performance; they’re about presence and permission — the courage to be seen as you are, and to let healing unfold in its own time.
Because writing, like healing, is a practice of coming home.
I continue that practice each week on Substack, where I share reflections on healing, spirituality, creativity, and the ongoing work of becoming whole.
It’s a space for honest stories, quiet wisdom, and reminders that you’re not alone on this path.
