about
Welcome. I’m Georgia Lynn.
I walk alongside people seeking healing, wholeness, and connection.
my training
I haven’t followed a traditional path. Instead, I’ve followed what’s felt alive for me—what’s sparked my curiosity and what I’ve personally needed along the way.
I’m a certified yoga teacher (E-RYT 500) with over 1,000 hours of training in holistic healing methods. My practice has grown and evolved over the past decade and now weaves together influences from Internal Family Systems (parts work), Polyvagal Theory (the science of nervous system regulation), energetic healing (Reiki and the chakra system), and attachment theory.
I’ve received specialized training in space holding and group facilitation, and I’m always learning. Currently, I’m in a Spiritual Direction program, where I’m deepening my ability to help others connect with their heart longings, soul callings, and the quiet wisdom within.
what I love
I love my family. I love hiking and being in nature. I’m endlessly fascinated by what happens when we’re truly present with one another—how love grows in those spaces.
I love my cats, Eddie and Murphy, and my dog, Mookie. When I feel overwhelmed, you’ll usually find me taking a slow walk or soaking in a bath, letting myself return to center.
why I do this work
I believe healing isn’t about becoming someone new — it’s about coming home to who we’ve always been.
For so many of us, life teaches us to disconnect: to push, to perfect, to perform. We learn to stay busy so we don’t have to feel what’s underneath. But the truth is, we can’t think or strive our way into peace. We have to return.
My work is about creating spaces where that return feels possible — spaces that honor both science and soul, the mind and the body, the seen and the unseen. It’s about slowing down enough to listen inward, to remember that your wholeness has been here all along.
What I love most about this work is witnessing that moment — when someone softens, breathes a little deeper, and realizes they don’t have to fix themselves. They just have to remember themselves.
If something in this work resonates with you, you’re welcome to reach out or join for an upcoming group. I’d love to walk alongside you.
